Welcome to Kids ‘r Us Daycare #2. By enrolling your child in our daycare or using our services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a safe, respectful, and well-managed environment for all children and families.
All children must be registered before attending daycare.
A non-refundable registration fee is required at the time of enrollment.
Parents/guardians must provide accurate and complete information about the child, including medical and emergency details.
Fees must be paid on time as per the agreed schedule.
Late payments may result in additional charges or suspension of services.
All fees are subject to change with prior notice.
Deposits are adjusted against the final month’s fees as per daycare policy.
Parents must inform the daycare in case of absence.
Regular attendance is encouraged for the child’s development.
Fees are applicable regardless of absence unless otherwise stated.
Children who are ill should not attend daycare to ensure the safety of others.
All staff members are trained in First Aid and Child CPR.
In case of emergency, medical assistance will be provided, and parents will be notified immediately.
Children must be dropped off and picked up on time.
Only authorized individuals are allowed to pick up the child.
Identification may be required for safety purposes.
We promote a positive and respectful environment.
Any behavior that affects the safety or well-being of others may require intervention or further discussion with parents.
The daycare reserves the right to terminate services due to non-payment, policy violations, or safety concerns.
Parents must provide prior written notice before withdrawing their child.
Kids ‘r Us Daycare #2 reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Parents will be informed of any significant changes.
